We will completely disassemble your machine and thoroughly inspect and evaluate its condition. All machine ways will be ground, machined, and hand scraped for a precise fit and alignment. We will go through the head stock, tail stock, turrets, feed boxes, screws, and nuts. We will replace bearings, seals, gears, lead screws and any other component as needed. Once the machine is completed to the customer’s specifications, we will invite them to our facility to test run and inspect their investment.
